Important Booking Information

Just Breathe has updated our intake form process to go paperless. After booking your next massage appointment, you'll receive an email requesting completion of a health intake form, referred to as a "contract" by Square. It's crucial to fill out these forms before your appointment. Once completed, the form automatically updates your Square profile, allowing your Massage Therapist to review it prior to your arrival.

Furthermore, if you're scheduling an appointment for someone else, please ensure they have their own Square Appointments profile under their name. Booking under the wrong name causes confusion and safety concerns for our therapists. Any appointments under incorrect names will be cancelled, requiring the intended recipient to create their own Square profile to rebook.

Consistency between the scheduled name and the attendee is essential. 

Our services operate strictly by appointment. Only individuals with scheduled appointments are granted entry. The door will be locked until 5 minutes before your appointment. Kindly refrain from knocking or calling the office if you arrive earlier. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation and Policies

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and therapists, the following policies are imposed:

Client Identification
The name on the appointment scheduler must match the name of the individual receiving massage services. Appointments are non-transferable unless a proper E-Gift Card is used.

Payment Information
Please note that online bookings do not process payment at the time of scheduling. Your credit card information is required solely to secure your appointment. Be sure to bring your preferred form of payment with you.

If you wish to use the card on file at checkout, a $10.00 processing fee will be added to your balance. To avoid this fee, please bring the physical card with you for swiping, tapping, or inserting into the chip reader.

Gifting Services
If you would like to pay for someone else's massage, please purchase an E-Gift Card in their name. The card on file may only be used by the individual to whom it belongs. E-Gift Cards must be presented with their 16-digit code at the time of service. Lost or misplaced codes cannot be retrieved—presentation of the full code is required for redemption.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment or failure to show will result in a 100% charge.

  • Clients who no-show or forget their appointment will be charged the full appointment cost.

If a gift card is used to book and the client does not show, the credit card on file will be charged in accordance with the above policy. A credit card is required to secure all appointments, including those booked with a gift card.

Late Arrivals
To respect all clients and staff, please arrive on time.

  • Sessions may be shortened for late arrivals in order to maintain the schedule.

  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will be marked as a no-show and charged the full service fee.
    Regardless of the actual session time received, you are responsible for the full duration of your scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy
Please note that no refunds are issued for services rendered or for gift certificates.
