Important Booking Information

Just Breathe has an important announcement about our intake form process.We have implemented a new health intake form as we are going paperless. What this means for you is after you book your next massage appointment, you will receive an email asking you to fill out a "contract" which is Square's wording for their health forms. It is imperative that these health intake forms get filled out before your massage appointment! When you fill out your health intake form that is emailed to you after you book, it automatically updates to your Square profile so the Massage Therapist can view it before you arrive.


Additionally, If you're needing to book an appointment for someone other than yourself, you must create them a new Square Appointments profile in their name!! We have been having people show up under other people's accounts and this is unacceptable as it creates much confusion as to who that person is and becomes a safety concern for our therapists and then the health intake form ends up on the wrong account.  

Any massage appointment that is booked under the incorrect name (for someone other than yourself), will be cancelled from our end and the intended recipient will need to create their own Square appointment profile to rebook that appointment.  Again, the name on the schedule must match the person showing up for the appointment, no exceptions! Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and therapists, the following policies are imposed:

IMPORTANT NOTE: The name on the appointment scheduler must match the name of the person receiving the massage services. 
The appointment is not paid for when you book online. Your credit card information is only used to secure your appointment spot. Please bring your form of payment with you. If you wish to use the card on file for payment at checkout, a $10.00 fee will be applied to your balance. If you will be using an E-gift card, you must present the 16 digit code at checkout.

  • A credit card is required to schedule and hold your appointment spot.

  • A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.  For any reason, If you are unable to give us 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50 percent of your scheduled appointment rate. ​

  • Anyone who either forgets or no shows will be charged in full for their missed appointment. Same day cancellations within two hours are subject to a 100% charge.

  • If you will be using a gift card and do not show up for your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged accordingly per the cancellation/no-show policy. A credit card is required to hold your appointment slot for those redeeming a gift card.  No refunds will be given on services or gift certificates. 

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be marked as a no-show and you will be charged for your full appointment time that you reserved. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. We look forward to serving you!
